Do I have to change my number?
No. Atendaz uses the WhatsApp number your customers already have — you connect it once, just like WhatsApp Web.
Do agents need another phone or app?
No. Each agent logs in to the panel with their own account, on a computer or phone, and replies from the agency's number.
Does the AI show the listings?
Not yet. The AI answers with the information you add (areas you cover, documents, how viewings work) and qualifies the lead. Presenting the properties stays with the agent.
Do leads from property portals come in?
A lead the portal sends to your WhatsApp arrives normally and is answered right away. A direct integration with the portals doesn't exist yet.
How many agents can I have?
On the Professional plan, up to 10 agents and 2 supervisors on the same number. On Enterprise there is no limit.
Is it hard to set up?
